The owners of the investors are an Israeli company and a US Company.
The Israeli investor is the owner of a major Insurance company listed in the Tel Aviv Stock exchange in Israel.  This company was already involved in a several real estate projects in Europe and North America. The Hungarian operation is managed by Mr. Zvi Bochman that has a long track record in the construction and development of real estate project as well as in the capital markets and retail industry.  One of his recent assignments was as the CEO of Plaza Centers Europe B.V.  This company built and operated more than 20 projects of shopping and entertainment centers all over Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic.
